Buying a used crawler excavator from Schots Machinery

Our crawler excavators range from 13 tonne machines for utility work to 70 tonne units for quarries and heavy earthmoving. The most common weight classes in our yard are 20 to 25 tonnes and 30 to 40 tonnes, the sizes contractors use for road building, site preparation and demolition. Many machines come with a quick coupler, several buckets and auxiliary hydraulics for a hammer or shear.

Every excavator is sold as described: the listing states the hours, the undercarriage wear and what we know about the engine, hydraulic pumps, slew ring and boom pins. Should something need attention first, oil and filters, a worn pin or a hydraulic function, our own workshop can take care of it before delivery, in consultation with you. We take the excavator by low loader to Rotterdam or another seaport and arrange shipping and export documents for you.
